Staying at this hotel was a delight since we could easily walk to the funpark Giraffe less than a 15-minute stroll away and enjoy the fantastic water park right next door while relaxing in clean, well-maintained surroundings with friendly staff and excellent breakfast options. it truly made our family weekend getaway special.

The access to the water park was very nice, we could go back and forth as we pleased. And the staff, they were friendly and quick to help us with anything we needed.

The noise levels during peak hours from kids running around are unbearable!!! The parking charges feel extortionate for a place that claims to cater to families, perhaps include them in the package next time!!!

our stay at aquapalace hotel prague was fantastic! the king suite was spacious and well-equipped, and we loved the easy access to the waterpark right next door. the staff went above and beyond, particularly when they helped us recover a forgotten item. the heated pools were a real treat too!

Noise levels from street traffic start early, and windows don’t close properly, which can be disruptive. Parking is a hassle with insufficient EV charging spots, as several non-EV cars occupy them. Housekeeping was inconsistent, leaving rooms not cleaned daily, which was inconvenient with a young baby. bins needed emptying more consistently. The evening meal buffet lacks variety, prompting us to dine elsewhere for better and cheaper options. Lastly, navigating around the water park felt chaotic, especially due to the absence of a lifeguard, which impacted our overall peace of mind.

The waterpark is an absolute blast for kids and parents alike! The breakfast spread had everything you could dream of, and we were always satisfied after stuffing our faces. Plus, the easy access to nearby shopping and dining spots was a cherry on top!

While we had a lovely stay, the staff could lighten up a bit—gotta work on that customer service vibe! Also, the room could use a minor refresh to match the excitement of the waterpark.
